When you register, please choose your Add-Ons for Breakout Session  #1 and Breakout Session #2. Choose only one workshop for each session.

  • A mat and water bottle are suggested!

  • Bring exercise clothing and sneakers

  • We'll learn about essential oils

  • We'll have the opportunity to make two roller bottles

• He Restores My Soul Through Journaling

  • Explore a variety of journaling styles

  • You will receive a journal of your own
