Crisis Response Trip

There is so much devastation, so much help needed after a natural disaster

Barry Yoder will lead a Keystone response team to Louisiana working with the Evangelical Free Church’s Crisis Response and our missionary Kevin Watterson. We will depart early Saturday morning October 16th and return Saturday October 23rd.

Desired Team members
  • Experienced construction workers (especially roofers)
  • Experienced tree workers
    • Those who KNOW HOW to climb
    • Chainsaw operators
    • Skid loader operators
Team member costs
  • $0—Transportation by van to and from Louisiana
  • $0—Onsite lodging costs for the week
  • $0—Breakfasts & dinners during the work week
  • $100-$150—Lunches during the week, & meals/incidentals while traveling

Expectations of team members
  • Prepare your heart.
  • Prepared to work collegially with other team members.
  • Complete paperwork issued by your team leader.
  • Have up-to-date tetanus shot (within past 10 years).
  • Comply with Crisis Response’s COVID protocols
    • You must either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a negative test within 72 hours prior to arriving in Louisiana
    • In Louisiana, you will need to wear a mask when indoors
    • (No masks will be required when traveling to and from Louisiana)
